Information you give us
If you submit the homepage or Bazaar opening-updates form, we collect your name, email address, page URL, and separate email and text consent choices. The homepage form also asks for an interest and optional message. We collect your mobile number only if you choose text updates. We send this information to HighLevel/LeadConnector to manage the requested DM Plaza opening, brand, and event updates. We send email updates only with email consent and text updates only with text consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each message, reply STOP to marketing texts, or email info@dhanmondiplaza.com to ask us to remove your information.
If you apply for a job, we collect the information and files you submit, including contact details, résumé, answers, and any optional links or attachments. We use them to assess and respond to your application, not to subscribe you to marketing. See the applicant privacy notice for details.
Customer accounts
If you choose to create an account, Supabase Auth stores your email address and sign-in records to authenticate you. We store the DM Plaza brands you choose to follow so your choices are available across devices. An account does not enroll you in marketing messages, and these choices do not create reservations, purchases, or rewards. You can change your saved brands or sign out on the account page. Email info@dhanmondiplaza.com to request account access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Information collected when you visit
Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser, request time, and pages requested to deliver and protect the site. The careers pages temporarily remember campaign links in your browser session so an application can be attributed to its source.
On the main homepage, Google Analytics runs only if you select “Allow analytics.” It helps us understand visits and website use, and may collect page interactions, browser and device details, and approximate location. We do not need analytics for the site or careers application to work. Learn how Google processes information from sites that use its services.
Service providers and retention
We use Vercel to host the site, HighLevel/LeadConnector for homepage and Bazaar signups and requested updates, Supabase for customer authentication and saved brand choices as well as job applications and private uploaded files, Google Fonts to display typefaces on the main homepage, and Google for optional analytics. These providers process information to deliver their respective services. We keep signup information until you ask to leave the list or it is no longer needed. We keep applicant records for hiring administration and applicable recordkeeping periods; a hiring-related legal hold may require longer retention. We keep technical records only as needed for operations and security.
Cookies and browser storage
The account page uses browser storage to keep your Supabase sign-in session until you sign out or it expires. The site stores your language preference (dm-language) and analytics choice (dm-analytics-choice) in your browser. The analytics choice is renewed after 180 days. Careers pages may use session storage for referral and campaign information; it clears when the browser session ends. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may set first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visits and sessions. Google lists their default lifetime as two years.
You can accept or reject analytics with equal choices in the homepage notice. Use “Cookie settings” in the homepage footer to change your choice. If you withdraw permission, the site stops loading Analytics on future visits and attempts to remove its first-party cookies on this site. Browser settings can also delete stored data. Other sites you visit through our links have their own privacy practices.
Your questions and choices
For a copy, correction, or deletion request about information you submitted, email info@dhanmondiplaza.com; for job applications, email admin@dhanmondiplaza.com. We will review requests subject to applicable retention obligations. Please do not send Social Security numbers, identification documents, or medical information through our forms.
We may update this notice when our site and services change. The date above shows the latest version.
