What we collect

When you apply, we collect your name, email, phone number, chosen role, referral source, availability, role-specific answers, tracked referral information, and any résumé, LinkedIn profile, portfolio, cover letter or additional files you choose to provide.

How we use it

DM Plaza uses this information to review your application, coordinate hiring, and contact you about the role. Your application is not a marketing subscription. Hiring decisions are reviewed by people.

Where it goes

Applications are stored in our Supabase database. Résumés are stored privately. Access is restricted to approved members of our hiring team. Our hosting and database providers process information to operate this service.

Security and retention

We record submission times and use hashed request information to help prevent spam. We retain application information for hiring administration and applicable recordkeeping obligations, which generally require at least one year for covered employers. A hiring-related legal hold may require longer retention. Please do not include Social Security numbers, identification documents, medical information, or other sensitive information in your application.
